BB-04 BASE BATTERY MANAGEMENT MODULE
Manages Smart Battery packs, charge, discharge, safety. Combines them into larger groups for increased power output and capacity.
The BB-04 supports embedded computer systems, instruments, electronics. The controller is limited to a maximum of four battery packs. The BB-04 supports the DC-023 regulated power output option for 12V,5V & 3.3V with ATX signaling for easy integration into your system designs.
The MP-04 and MP-08 are building blocks to create large systems with between 1-128 battery packs in a cluster. The MP-04/08 controllers also support higher currents, charging from solar panels, high voltage output DC-DC converters (DC1,DC2,DC3) as well as the DC-023 for high efficiency DC outputs.
The DC-DC converters convert the RAW (unregulated) battery voltage to a regulated output. The DC-023
can be added to any of the IBPS battery controller stacks to create a small ATX power supply, 12V, 5V and 3.3V. The larger converters such as the DC1, DC2 support producing higher voltage output rails for larger MP-0x based battery systems.
